Flame Retardant PE Masterbatch
The Flame Retardant Masterbatch from Qufu Donghong Industry Co., Ltd. is an excellent anti- flaming masterbatch, which is produced with efficient flame retardant and other additives being added into the polyethylene resin.It applies to production of various polyethylene pipes, planks and protecting nets. Products manufactured with the master batch have good properties of smooth surface, even dispersion of flame retardant and high flame resistant efficiency.Each performance index conforms to MT558.1-2005.Appropriate additive amount is confirmed according to processing conditions, product form and requirements for flame retardant efficiency. Generally, additive amount of 20-30% could reach excellent anti-flaming effect.Processing temperature of products is generally kept between 165-175°C, which can also be set as per customers' requirements.Flame Retardant PE Masterbatch
